Ingredients
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 2 c. pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream, brown sugar, and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave (HIGH) for 13 minutes, stirring twice while cooking. Stir in vanilla and pecans. The mixture will thicken and become more opaque. Drop onto waxed paper and allow to harden.
