Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef and 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 12 oz package frozen chopped spinach (drain well)
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 C bread crumbs
- 1/2 C parmesan cheese
- 1 t parsley
- 1 t garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Saute the meat till all of the pink is gone. Cool. In a large bowl mix meat, crumbs, cheese and spices. Add chopped spinach and mix well. Stuff shells and bake with tomato sauce in baking dish.
