Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup crushed cornflake crumbs
  • 1 can chicken-style soyameat finely chopped
  • 1 cup miracle whip or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill pickles
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • grated mozarella cheese
  • Buns

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first seven ingredients. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 8 patties. Place patties on bottom halves of buns and top with grated cheese.
Broil in oven until lightly brown
