  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 Tbls. peanutbutter
  • 1 c. water
  • No. 2
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 teas. salt
  • No. 3
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour milk, buttermilk, or sour cream
  • 1 teas. soda
  • 1 teas. vanilla
  • 1 stick butter (room tempture)
  • 4 Tbls. peanutbutter
  • 6 Tabls. milk
  • 1 teas. vanilla
  • 1 lb. box powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Bring no. 1 to a boil and cool slightly. Should be warm. Beat no. 2 with no. 3. When smooth add no. 1 and beat til creamy. Pour into 15x10 sheet pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Watch carefully because oven temps vary. Take out and cool for 10 minutes and frost while warm.

Beat all frosting ingredients together til smooth and frost warm cake.
