Ingredients
- 2 t yeast
- 3/4 c warm milk
- 3 T sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 2&1/4 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 t cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together yeast, milk and sugar = let rest 10 min.
Then mix in vanilla, egg and melted butter.
Mix in flour and salt to make soft dough. Let rest 10 minutes.
Divide into 8 balls. Roll with rolling pin into oval shape. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
Brush with melted butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 350 for approximately 20 minutes.
