Ingredients

• 1 pd ground beef - 90%
• 1/3 C ketchup
• 1 TBL worcestershire sauce
• salt and pepper
• 1 1/2 C frozen peas and carrots
• 3 C mashed potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef
stir in ketchup, worchestershire
season with salt and pepper
add frozen peas and carrots
transfer into four individual baking dishes
top with 3 cups of mashed potatoes
bake 400' until golden brown
