Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned an d boned.
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 tab. lemon juice
- 1/4 teas salt
- 1/8 teas pepper
- cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
Step 1
Melt Butter in large skillet over med-heat. Add chicken and garlic and cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Add broth and last 4 ingredient and bring to a boil. Cover, Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or til chicken is tender. Serve with the Hot noodles or ice.
