Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 package (1 lb) graham crackers
- 2 packages small instant vanilla pudding (or French vanilla)
- 1 8 ounce container Cool Whip
- 3 - 3 1/2 cups milk
- Topping:
- 3 T cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 T butter (room temp)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix pudding and milk for 2 min. Let set for 5 min.
2. Add Cool Whip to pudding.
3. Using 9 x 13 pan, layer graham crackers in bottom of the pan.
4. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture on crackers. Put a second layer of crackers over the pudding.
5. Add another layer of crackers.
6 run the packet of chocolate under hot water to melt. Mix in with vanilla, sugar and milk. Spread over crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
