Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup strained pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs, divided
- 9" pastry shell
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and spices. Add pumpkin and milk. Beat 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk well and add. Beat 1 egg white until stiff. Fold in. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425°F for 45 min.
