Manhattan Clam Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce) condensed vegetable soup
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 can(7 1/2 ounce) minced clams
  • Dash thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover with lid.

Microwave at *high* 8 to 10 minutes; stirring occasionally.

Let stand, covered, 3 minutes. Serve, if desired, with oysterette crackers.
