Mushroom Filling for Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 1 kg. mushrooms
  • 3 tbs. butter
  • 1 tbs. oil
  • 3 – 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper
  • Large punch parsley, finely chopped
  • 150 ml double cream

Preparation

Step 1

Fry the mushrooms in a mixture of butter and oil with the garlic until tender and the liquid has disappeared. Finely chop, then add the parsley and cream.
