Ingredients
- 1 c walnuts
- 4 c corn off cob
- 2 seeded jalapeños chopped
- 2 T lime juice
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 c crumbled feta

Preparation
Step 1
Sauté walnuts and remove from pan. Sauté corn and all ingredients besides feta till toasty. Sprinkle walnuts.
