- 16 oz pasta / cooked or 8 oz uncooked
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 ground turkey
- 1 (32 oz ) chunky garden style pasta sauce
- 1 T Italian seasoning
- 8 oz Mozzarella
- 1 (15 oz ) cottage cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 C Parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion
Cook pasta and drain.
Cook meats and onion.
Combine meat and sauce and 2 tsp Italian seasoning.
Stir cooked pasta into meat sauce.
Spread 1/2 of mix into 9 x 13" greased pan.
Top with 1/2 Mozzarella.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs,2 T Parmesan,2 tsp Italian seasoning and spread over cheese.
spread remaining pasta mix. sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella.
Bake at 350* for 35-45 min
