Ingredients
- Meatballs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup grated parm.
- 2 eggs
- 1 t dried parsley
- ¼ t oregano
- 1t salt
- Dash pepper
- 1lb ground beef
- 2T olive oil
- Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bread crumbs and water
Stir in egg, parm and seasoning
Add meat mix well
With wet hands form meatballs 20-24
Brown SLOWLY in olive oil
Drain meatballs on paper towels to absorb oil
Heat sauce to a boil. lower to simmer. Add meatballs and simmer for 30-40 minutes
Serve over pasta!
