Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 pkg white cake mix + 3 Tbsp flour
  • 1 scant cup Wesson oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pkg Strawberry Jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries thawed
  • 1 pkg powdered sugar
  • 1/4# butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in 1/2 of the package of strawberries. Bake in a moderate oven in large loaf pan 35-40 minutes.

Icing

Mix sugar and margarine together; add leftover strawberries -- enough to make spreading consistency. Ice the cake
