Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 pkg white cake mix + 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 scant cup Wesson oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg Strawberry Jello
- 4 eggs
- 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries thawed
- 1 pkg powdered sugar
- 1/4# butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well. Add 4 eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in 1/2 of the package of strawberries. Bake in a moderate oven in large loaf pan 35-40 minutes.
Icing
Mix sugar and margarine together; add leftover strawberries -- enough to make spreading consistency. Ice the cake
