Lemon Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1 tbs. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 graham pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, sugar, zest, juice and vanilla together on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs and mix just until blended.

Pour mixture into crust.

Bake 40 minutes or until centre is almost set. Chill at least 4 hours.
