Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter, chilled
- Few tbs. water
Preparation
Step 1
Place the flour in a bowl with the salt. Cut the butter into small pieces and drop into the flour, blend until the mix resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle 1 tbs. water at a time over the flour and mix wiht a fork until the dough is soft and moist. Chill 30 minutes.
