Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pillsbury rolls
  • 1 can broken shrimp or frozen
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup half and half cream
  • 2 Tbsp minced green onion
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Step 1

Separate each roll into 3 pieces. Put into mini tart pans. Divide shrimp into tarts.
Beat egg, cream, onion, dill and cayenne. Pour into mini tarts.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375 for 20 mins until edges are lightly browned.
