Cheesecake Bars

  • 2 cups unsifted flour
  • 1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup cold margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. In medium bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in oats. Reserving 1 1/2 cups oat mixture, press remainder into 15x10-inch jellyroll pan; bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in large mixer bowl, beat cheese and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk and vanilla, then ReaLemon; beat well. Pour over baked crust; sprinkle with reserved oat mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned, Cool. Store in Refrigerator
