Ingredients

  • 6 baking potatoes, baked
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 jar cheese whiz dip
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 375F. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4" thick shells. Cut shells crosswise in half.

2. Place shells, skin-sides down, on baking sheet; brush insides of shells lightly with oil. Bake 15 mins or until golden brown.

3. Microwave cheese whiz for 3 mins, stirring about 1 1/2 mins. Pour into potato shells; top with bacon and sour cream.
