Ingredients
- 2/3 c pumpkin
- 1 c sugar
- 3/4 c flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- filling
- 8 oz cream cheese room temp.
- 2 tbs butter room temp.
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Step 1
350 oven
mix together pumpkin, sugar, flour, eggs, soda and cinnamon - beat well
spread on wax paper lined cookie sheet
bake in pre-heated oven for 12 - 15 minutes
roll up from short end while still warm
allow to cool while rolled up
meanwhile prepare creamcheese filling by beating cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar
After cake roll is cool, unroll gently, peel wax paper, spread with filling and re-roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill.
