Ingredients
- 1 pkg (4 oz) chocolate pudding and pie filling mix (NOT instant)
- 1 pkg 4 1/2 oz vanilla pudding and pie filling mix (NOT instant)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 pkgs (6 oz each) semisweet chocolate bits
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups pecans
Preparation
Step 1
In heavy saucepan combine first four ingredients together. Cook over moderately high heat, stirring constantly until syrup is bubbling rapidly to center of pan, then boil one minute, stirring vigorously.
Remove from heat, stir in choco bits, marshmallows and vanilla. Beat until choco bits and marshmallows melt.
Add 3 cups pecan halves. Stir just until mixture starts to lose its gtloss. Pour into buttered 9" square pan. lSpread, cool, cut into 1 1/2" squares
