Impossible Easy Chicken & Broccoli Pie

Ingredients

• 1 Box of frozen broccoli cuts thawed-drained
• 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 6 ounces
• 1 cup cut up chicken or 2 cans chuck chicken drained well
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1/2 cup bisquick mix
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 eggs

Step 1

Heat Oven 400

Spray 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray, sprinkle broccolli, 1 cup cheese, chicken and onion in pie plate.

In medium bowl, stir remaining with wire whisk until blended, pour into pie plate.

Bake 35-38 minutes until knife comes out clean, Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese Bake 1 or 2 minutes longer until cheese iks melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
