Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- ½ tsp ground mustard
- 1 package fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, sugar, vinegar, sour cream and the mustard; shake well. Divide spinach on four plates; sprinkle with walnuts and cranberries; drizzle with dressing. Add chopped red onion if desired.
