Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Combine dry ingredients. Combine milk, egg, and melted butter. Add to dry ingredients, beating only enough to blend. Stir in nuts and raisins. Fill greased muffin tins nearly full. Bake 20 minutes.
