Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Ore-Ida hashbrowns, or freshly grated potatoes
  • 3 scrambled eggs
  • 2 green onions
  • Grated cheese
  • Sausage, cut up
  • 1/2 c. green chilies
  • 1/2 c. salsa
  • .

Preparation

Step 1

Fry sausage, add potatoes and onions, 2 teaspoons water, cook until done. Scramble eggs in 1 Tablespoon water. Place some of each of above on tortillas, roll up. Heat and pour salsa over top and serve
