Ingredients
- 3 cups dried black beans
- 4 cups broth
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
- 4 oz diced green chilis
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
cover the dried beans in water and boil on the stove for five minutes (alternately, soak them overnight in water) Drain the beans.
Transfer the beans to the slow cooker and add the remaining ingredients.
cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beans are very soft. Puree the soup
