ROASTED HAM

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • Ham
  • Clou de girofle
  • ½ cup of molasses
  • 1/3 dijon mustard
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bake a ham (fat side up) at 325 from 25-40 minutes per pound.
2. 30 minutes before the end of cooking insert girofle and pour sauce.
3. Cook for another 30 minutes basting regularly
