PRALINE PECAN CAKE

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs (room temp.)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 3/4 c. Praline liqueur
- 1/2 c. Heath Bits 'O Brickle
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Step 1
In large bowl, blend cake mix and instant pudding. Add eggs, oil, maple syrup, and Praline liqueur. Beat at low speed until thoroughly mixed, then at medium speed 3-4 minutes. Stir in Heath Bits and pecans. Bake in well-greased Bundt pan at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes then remove cake from pan and cool. Top with glaze and garnish
Glaze
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbs. melted butter
3-6 Tbs. Praline liqueur
In small bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat, adding liqueur gradually to achieve desired consistency. Pour over cake. Garnish with chopped pecans and brickle.
