Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 5 lb rump roast
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 2 c beef broth
  • 2 c ketchup
  • 1/2 c vinegar
  • 2 medium chopped onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 6 T brown sugar
  • 5 chopped carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Rub roast in oil and brown. Combine broth, ketchup, vinegar, onion, garlic and sugar and place in crockpot. Add roast and carrots. Cover adn cook on low for hours.
