Ingredients

  • 1-lb lean ground turkey
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine ground turkey, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix together well using your hands. Shape the mixture into about 30 meatballs that are approximately 1 inch across. Lay each meatball on a baking sheet so that they are not touching.

Place into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked (the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees).
