Sesame Twist Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 3 eggs + 1 egg
• 1 c sugar
• 1 t vanilla
• 4 1/2 to 5 c flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 3 t baking powder
• 3 T sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter. Cream sugar with butter;
Add one egg at a time, beating well.
Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
Pinch off a small ball. Roll in long roll, fold and twist.
Brush cookies with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake til golden brown at 350.
