Golden Pork with Cinnamon Sugar Apples

Ingredients
- pork roast/chops/sirloin, (cook’s choice)
- 8 to 12 ounces Golden Mushroom condensed soup, canned
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cinnamon, in a resealable plastic bag

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place pork in stoneware.
2. In a bowl, combine soup, water, brown sugar and soy sauce; mix well. Pour mixture over pork, cover.
3. Cook for 8 hours on Low.
4. Approximately one hour before you wish to serve, core and lice apples, place in resealable plastic bag with cinnamon sugar, and shake. Pour contents of bag on top of pork and allow to cook for one hour.
