Ingredients

  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg shredded non-frozen hashbrowns
  • 2 C (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C green onions
  • 1 C bread crumbs
  • 1/4 C butter
  • 1 T parsley

Preparation

Step 1

in a large bowl combine sour cream and soup and mix well.
Add potatoes, cheese, onions and mix.
Spoon mix into dish and cover with foil.


Bake 350* for 45 minutes


In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs with butter and sprinkle over mixture.
Bake uncovered 20-30 minutes till bubbly.
Sprinkle with parsley
