SPINACH QUICHE

Ingredients

• Mix together:
• 1 pkg. Stouffer's spinach souffle
• 2 eggs
• 3 Tbs. cream
• 2 tsp. chopped onion
• 1/2 c. sliced, drained mushrooms
• 3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese.

Preparation

Step 1

Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 400° for 25 - 30 minutes.
