Ingredients

    large size oven bag (14 x 20 – inch)

  • 2

    Tablespoons flour

  • ¼

    ¼ cup packed brown sugar

  • ¼

    ¼ cup vinegar

  • 2

    Tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1

    – 20 ounce can chunk pineapple, drained

  • 1

    medium green pepper, cut in rings OR strips

  • 4

    skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

  • Hot cooked rice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in Reynolds Oven bag. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 – inch baking pan/dish. Add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce to bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add pineapple and green pepper to bag. Add chicken to bag. Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange in an even layer. Close bag with nylon tie. Cut 6 – ½-inch slits in top of bag. Bake until chicken is tender, 30 to 35 minutes. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
