Ingredients

  • 15 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 box frozen-chopped broccoli
  • 9 Lasagna cooked noodles
  • 1 jar (26oz.) Chunky Gardon Prego Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw and drain broccoli. Mix rice, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, eggs, carrots, and broccoli; set aside. Place 3 noodles in greased pan. Top with 1/2 of veggie mix and 1 cup sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
