Jackson Hole Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp lemon juidce
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Dash Tabasco
• 1/4 tsp each Accent and garlic powder
• 1 Cup pure mayonnaise
• Salt, if desired

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in blender. A drop of green food coloring may be added.

Will keep a week if refrigerated
