- 1/2 cup sauerkraut-drained and chopped
- 1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1-8 oz. container sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
- 4-oz. sliced corned beef, finely diced
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
Combine and heat all of the ingredients except milk, in a small saucepan over low heat until warm. Thin with milk if necessary.
***to keep warm for a party keep in a small crock pot.
SERVE ON SMALL RYE or PUMPERNICKEL BREAD SQUARES
