Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp hot chili oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Rice stix
Preparation
Step 1
-Soak rice noodles 30 minutes.
-Prepare sauce, cook 3-4 minutes.
-Drain noodles, mix with sauce.
