No Knead Foccacia Tiles

Ingredients

  • 4 c flour
  • 1/4 t active yeast
  • 1&1/2 t salt
  • olive oil
  • 1&2/3 c warm water
  • favorite seasonings

Preparation

Step 1

Combine 3 c flour, yeast and salt.
Add warm water. Stir till moist. Will be sticky. cover and let rise at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
Add last c of flour to dough.

Line 15 x 10 pan with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil. use well oiled hands to push dough into pan.
Let rise 1 to 1&1/2 hours till puffy.

With sharp knife, score dough into 6 sections. Press desired toppings into dough..
Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle on your favorite seasonings.

bake 30 to 35 minutes in 400 oven till golden brown.
