Ingredients
- 1 boneless chuck roast 2 1/2 lbs
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1 package frozen corn; thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can diced tomato undrained
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle roast with cajun seasoning. Top with corn, onion, green peppers. Combine tomatoes, pepper and hot sauce and pour over veggies. Cook for 6 hours.
