Ingredients
- 4 1/2 " thick pork chops
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 md onions, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 14 1/2oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 t cider vinegar
- 2 t. brown sugar
- 2 t. worcestshire sauce
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 t corn starch
- 2 t water

Step 1
1) place chops in cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepepr
2) add onions, celery and tomatoes
3) combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, worcestshire, lemon juice and bouillon. pour over vegetables
4) cover; cook low 5-6 hourd
5) combine corn starch and water til smooth. stir into cooker
6) cover; cook high 30 minutes or til thickened
