Ingredients

    md onions, chopped

    celery ribs, chopped

  • 14 1/2oz can stewed tomatoes

    c. ketchup

  • 2

    t cider vinegar

  • 2

    t. brown sugar

  • 2

    t. worcestshire sauce

    t. lemon juice

  • 1

    beef bouillon cube

  • 2

    t corn starch

  • 2

    t water

Directions

1) place chops in cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepepr 2) add onions, celery and tomatoes 3) combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, worcestshire, lemon juice and bouillon. pour over vegetables 4) cover; cook low 5-6 hourd 5) combine corn starch and water til smooth. stir into cooker 6) cover; cook high 30 minutes or til thickened
