Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 2 T butter
- 1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 t garlic salt
- 1 t seasoned pepper

Step 1
Melt butter in skillet. Over medium-high heat, saute mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed (about 5-10 minutes). Cool to room temperature.
In food processor (using metal blade), add mushrooms, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Process until smooth, scraping sides. Spoon into a greased, small loafpan. Chill at least 3 hours.
Unmold pate. Garnish with fresh mushroom slices and rosemary. Serve with pita or bagel chips.
