Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
1 can sauerkraut, drained
6 slices rye bread, crumbled
8 oz. pkg grated swiss cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble corned beef into well-greased 9x13 baking dish. Spread dressing, then sauerkraut. Cover with cheese. Toss crumbled bread with melted margarine; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
