Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 (15-oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (8-oz.) container sour cram
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 (8.5 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 13" baking dish.
Mix together corn, sour cream, eggs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix in muffin mix. Pour into prepared dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
