Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth

  • 3 Cans White Cannolini Beans

  • 1 Can Red Kidney Beans

  • 1 Large Spanish Onion

  • 1 1/2 Cups Olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Oregano

  • 8 Slices Prosciutto

  • 2 Cups Chicken Stock

  • 1 Small Bunch Basil

  • 5 Cloves Garlic (punded semi flat)

  • 32 Ox. Can Whole Tomatoes

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 1 lb. Ditalini

Directions

1.Heat oil and garlic until golden brown, then discard garlic. 2.Add Proscuitto and onion and cook for 5 minutes. 3.Add 1/4 of the basil, chicken broth and tomatoes. Boil until it thickens, approximately 20 minutes. 4.Add the rest of the basil, oregano, salt and pepper. 5.Serve over ditalini.
