Ingredients
- 4 Cups Chicken Broth
- 3 Cans White Cannolini Beans
- 1 Can Red Kidney Beans
- 1 Large Spanish Onion
- 1 1/2 Cups Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Oregano
- 8 Slices Prosciutto
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Small Bunch Basil
- 5 Cloves Garlic (punded semi flat)
- 32 Ox. Can Whole Tomatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 lb. Ditalini

Preparation
Step 1
1.Heat oil and garlic until golden brown, then discard garlic.
2.Add Proscuitto and onion and cook for 5 minutes.
3.Add 1/4 of the basil, chicken broth and tomatoes. Boil until it thickens, approximately 20 minutes.
4.Add the rest of the basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
5.Serve over ditalini.
