Roasted Red Potato with Bacon and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C ranch dressing
  • 1/2 shredded ital style five cheese blend
  • 1/4 C bacon bits
  • 2 llb small red potatoes, quartered (about 6 C)
  • 1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss lightly.
Spoon into lightly greated 13x9 in dish; cover with foil.
Bake 40 min. Remove foil; bake an additional 15 min or until potatoes are tendet. Sprinkle with parsley.
