Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 2 loaf pans with nonstick spray. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Beat in sugar and oil. Stir in chocolate, vanilla and zucchini. Sift dry ingredients together; stir into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pans and bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes in pans, remove and cool completely.
